Deleting an Account
If an account is not referenced by any workflow requests or templates in the product, you can remove it from the system.
To delete an account:
- 
On the Settings menu, click Accounts and Groups. The Account Administration page opens.

Locate the account that you want to work with. 
- 
Click the user name to open the Account Details page. 
- 
Click Delete. You are prompted to confirm the deletion. tipThe Delete button will not be visible if the account is referenced by a workflow request or template. 
- 
Click Save. The Account Details page closes and the account you deleted is no longer listed on the Account Administration page.
